Privacy Policy

Same Fight is designed to create a private educational relationship-pattern report without requiring an account.

Information we process

We process the names or nicknames and answers you submit, any optional Next Move Check-In response you submit after trying the report, a random session identifier, and basic funnel events such as assessment start, completion, checkout start, report view, and check-in completion. Funnel events do not contain your assessment answers, names, check-in text, email address, or payment-card information.

Optional Step 0 email and saved progress

You can supply an email before the safety checkpoint or continue without email. If supplied, your email and in-progress answers are encrypted and saved for up to 7 days so a private link can reopen them. Use an address and device that are safe for you. Do not share private resume or report links. Safety routing suppresses ordinary report offers and cancels the requested reminder; detailed unsafe answers are not retained in saved progress.

A separate unchecked choice requests one reminder, scheduled 2 hours after signup if you have not reached the report offer. We request cancellation when you reach that offer or choose safety support. An email already being sent may still arrive. No newsletter or ongoing marketing signup is implied. The reminder contains a secure resume link, not your answers. Email processing is provided by Resend. You can remove saved progress and cancel the reminder using the private deletion link in the reminder or by contacting support@getsamefight.com.

The paid report is emailed after successful purchase to the address confirmed in Stripe checkout. The Step 0 address is prefilled where available; you may change it there. Private beta access is free and reports remain accessible on the redemption device for 30 days.

Free guide delivery and earlier signups

Requesting the free guide sends one delivery email and does not enroll you in marketing. You may also download it without email. Prior optional marketing signups retain their separately recorded consent and encrypted address for up to one year, unless removal is requested sooner. Any future marketing email must provide an unsubscribe option.

We retain keyed network identifiers and email-delivery counters to limit abuse and protect free email capacity. These are not shared with advertising platforms and expire from active storage after up to 90 days. Beta invitation redemptions prevent invitation reuse; beta access is recorded separately from paid purchases.

Payments

Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy practices. Same Fight does not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe may provide transaction details such as payment status, receipt email, amount, and transaction identifiers.

How information is used

Your assessment answers are used to create and deliver your report, and an optional check-in response is used to create a revised next move. This information is also used to prevent unpaid access, troubleshoot delivery, and protect the service. Anonymous funnel events are used to understand whether the product works and improve the customer journey. We do not sell your answers or publish them.

Storage and retention

Names, assessment answers, and optional check-in responses are encrypted before storage and are scheduled to expire with report access after 30 days. Anonymous funnel events are retained for up to 90 days. Stripe retains payment records according to its own policies and legal obligations.

Safety information

If the safety checkpoint indicates possible fear, threats, coercion, monitoring, intimidation, abuse, harm, or thoughts of suicide, the ordinary paid report is bypassed and free safety-oriented resources are shown. Same Fight is not an emergency or crisis service.

Your choices

You may leave before submitting an assessment. You may request help with access, deletion, or a privacy question by emailing support@getsamefight.com. Never send your full card number or other sensitive payment information by email.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online system is guaranteed to be completely secure. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above will identify the current version.
