Terms of Use

By using Same Fight, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the personalized report.

Educational purpose

Same Fight provides educational information about recurring relationship interactions. It is not therapy, medical or mental-health care, legal advice, diagnosis, crisis counseling, or a prediction of a relationship outcome. The report is a working interpretation based on one person’s answers and may not represent another person’s experience.

Safety

Do not rely on Same Fight when you are in immediate danger or when using ordinary communication advice could increase risk. If you are in immediate danger in the United States, call 911. Purchase

The launch offer is one personalized report for a one-time payment of $4.99. It is not a subscription. Payment is handled by Stripe, and the full report is unlocked only after the payment is verified.

Acceptable use

You may use your report for personal, noncommercial purposes. Do not attempt to bypass payment, interfere with the service, submit unlawful material, probe private systems, or use the service to threaten, monitor, or control another person.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service. If a paid report cannot be delivered because of a technical failure, the refund policy applies.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Same Fight is provided without guarantees that a particular relationship or communication outcome will occur. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
